Hi, I am Charlene, an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ohio. I received dual bachelor's degree(s) in nursing and psychology from the University of Akron and my Master of Science in Nursing, for Psychiatric Mental Health, from Kent State University, Ohio.

For more than 20 years, I have been blessed to walk alongside individuals and families on their journeys toward healing, hope, and renewed purpose.
As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (ANCC), my approach blends professional clinical care with faith-guided principles
that nurture the mind, body, and spirit.
Guided by my faith, I provide compassionate, whole-person care that meets people where they are—emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Whether
someone is facing anxiety, depression, loss, or life transitions, I believe that each person's journey is unique and deserving of care that brings
comfort, balance, and strength.
My goal is to create a safe and understanding space where individuals can reflect, heal, and grow without judgment, while discovering practical
tools and spiritual encouragement to support lasting wellness. I strive to walk alongside each person with empathy and grace, offering guidance
that helps restore peace, deepen faith, and renew hope.

$ 225.00 First Session
I offer individualized therapy for adults, ages 18 and older, using a holistic treatment approach and integrative therapies. This has an emphasis on counseling and wellness practices to optimize well-being. Somethings we could explore during our time together could include stress management, breath work, therapy, prayer, nutritional guidance, sleep hygiene, and fostering of movement of the body to name a few.
Each session is 50 Minutes and in certain circumstances I have availability for double bookings, lasting just under 2 hours.
This is different for each individual, based on their journey and experiences, and there is not a fixed point in place; this is fluid based on individual needs.
I do not prescribe or maintain prescribed medication. I offer holistic and integrative therapy. I believe in working on the root cause of the issue causing one's life to be out of balance. This practice encourages the individual to actively participate in their own healing process and foster empowerment.
This is also an individual need, based on one's journey and experiences, and so an individual answer-discussed within first and subsequent sessions.
No, I do not accept insurance. I do not complete any insurance reimbursement paperwork, and I do not accept FSA/HSA cards/funds for our sessions.
